Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups milk |
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained |
8 sprigs fresh parsley |
1/4 cup chopped celery leaves |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
2 thin slices onion |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
additional celery leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except additional celery leaves, in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into top of a double boiler; cook over simmering water until thickened. Serve hot; garnish with additional celery leaves. |
