Ingredients:
2 package(s) broccoli slaw mix rinsed |
1 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/2 cup(s) sugar (splenda) |
2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar |
1/2 cup(s) sweetened dried cranberries (craisins) |
4 slice(s) bacon crumbled |
1/2 cup(s) toasted chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Rinse broccoli slaw with cold water; drain well. 2. Stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in large bowl. Add slaw, onion, and dried cranberries, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours. Sprinkle with bacon, and if desired, pecans just before serving. Makes 6 servings. |
