A nice litlle salad anytime of the year. Very easy to throw together.
Ingredients:
salad
1 pound broccoli slaw
6 green onions, sliced
1 (3 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles
1 cup sunflower seeds
dressing
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
chicken flavor pack from ramen noodles
3 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix broccoli slaw, green onions, and noodles together, set aside. Mix dressing ingredients together to dissolve sugar.
2. Toss together 2 hours before serving and refrigerate.
3. Add sunflower seeds just before serving.
4. Season to taste
