Perfect side for Aidells Chicken Apple sausage! Ingredients:
8 ounces broccoli slaw mix |
1 granny smith apple |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup light sour cream |
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk |
1 pinch celery seed |
1 pinch pepper |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
2 tablespoons agave syrup |
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard |
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Whisk milk, mayo, sour cream, agave syrup, vinegar, lemon, deli mustard, celery seed, pepper and onion flakes until creamy. 2. Chop walnuts & cranberries. 3. Peel and cut Granny Smith apple in strips to resemble the slaw mix. 4. Incorporate all ingredients in a bowl until veggies, nuts and fruit are covered with the slaw dressing. |
