Ingredients:
1/3 cup orange juice, about 1/2 an orange |
1/3 cup rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons minced shallot |
coarse salt |
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil |
1 tablespoon grated ginger |
1 teaspoon coleman's mustard |
1 (10 ounce) bag broccoli slaw |
Directions:
1. Combine orange juice, vinegar and shallots in bowl you'll be serving slaw in. Add good pinch of salt. Let stand 5 to 20 minutes, as long as you can. Whisk in sesame oil, ginger and mustard. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add broccoli slaw to bowl, toss to combine. Taste once more. Serve immediately. |
