I got this recipe from my sister and i absolutely loved it. its so great- you can add tons of extras in (nuts, rasins, etc) Ingredients:
8 cups fresh broccoli florets |
2 ounces bacon bits |
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese |
2 cups light mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Place fresh cut brocoli florets in a large bowl. 2. Add bacon, cheese, and crasins. 3. In a seperate bowl, mix mayonaise, vinegar, and sugar thoroughly. 4. Add may mixture to brocoli mixture. 5. Cover and let chill for 1-2 hours. 6. Serve and enjoy! |
