Broccoli Sauté With Garlic and Olive Oil |

Got this from . We usually steam our broccoli so this was a really nice alternative. Ingredients:
1 -4 tablespoon olive oil |
1 -2 teaspoon crushed garlic |
4 cups broccoli florets |
salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a 10 skillet over medium-low heat. 2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add the broccoli, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil and garlic until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes tender. 4. Remove from the skillet and serve. |
