2 tablespoons blue cheese |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
1 teaspoon honey |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped |
1 medium apple, chopped |
2 tablespoons raisins |
1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together blue cheese, mayo, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and pepper. 2. Add broccoli, apple, and raisins and toss. 3. Stir in sunflower seeds just before serving. |
