A new take on broccoli salad . . . cranberries and flax seeds. Ingredients:
8 cups broccoli florets |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup bacon bits |
1 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup flax seed |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup splenda granular |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, cranberries and flax seeds in large bowl. 2. Mix mayonnaise, Splenda and vinegar. 3. Pour over broccoli mixture, and stir well. 4. Refrigerate a few hours for flavors to meld. |
