A new take on broccoli salad . . . cranberries and flax seeds.
Ingredients:
8 cups broccoli florets
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup bacon bits
1 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup flax seed
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup splenda granular
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, cranberries and flax seeds in large bowl.
2. Mix mayonnaise, Splenda and vinegar.
3. Pour over broccoli mixture, and stir well.
4. Refrigerate a few hours for flavors to meld.
