This salad is great for large family gatherings or other get togethers.
Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup golden raisin
10 -12 slices of crumbly bacon
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar, mayo and vinegar with a little black pepper and pour over the salad.
