This salad is great for large family gatherings or other get togethers. Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 cups broccoli florets |
1/2 cup chopped red onion |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1/2 cup golden raisin |
10 -12 slices of crumbly bacon |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar, mayo and vinegar with a little black pepper and pour over the salad. |
