1 bunch broccoli |
1 medium red onion, diced |
1 lb bacon |
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated |
8 ounces raisins (optional) |
handful sesame seeds (optional) or almonds (optional) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Salad. 2. Clean and chop broccoli into small pieces. Fry bacon and crumble into small pieces. Place in bowl, add red onion, cheese, bacon and raisins (if using). 3. Dressing. 4. Mix together mayo, vinegar and sugar. Pour over salad. |
