Very yummy broccoli salad, slightly lightened from its previous incarnation, which used 1 cup mayo. Ingredients:
3 stalks broccoli |
6 bacon |
2 tbsp red onions |
1 cup raisins |
3/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tbsp red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients separately from salad, and add just prior to serving |
