Very tasty and so easy to make. Ingredients:
10 slices bacon |
1 head broccoli, cut into bite size pieces |
1/4 cup red onion, chopped |
1/2 cup raisins |
3 tablespoons white vinegar |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crisp. 2. Drain, crumble and set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, combine broccoli, onion and raisins. 4. Whisk together the vinegar, sugar and mayo. 5. pour over broccoli mixture and toss until well mixed. 6. Refrigerate for at least two hours. 7. Before serving, toss with crumbled bacon. |
