Broccoli salad the way I like it! Ingredients:
2 bunches broccoli |
10 slices bacon |
1 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons onions, diced fine |
1 cup salad dressing |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Fry the bacon and cool on a paper towel. 2. Chop broccoli and steam broccoli for 4 minutes. 3. Mix broccoli, crumbled bacon, raisins, onion, salad dressing, vinegar, and sugar together. 4. Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. 5. If you do not want the salad to be too juicy, add the dressing right before serving. |
