This salad is very easy to make, looks good and tastes absolutely great. It's one recipe that is always requested. I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It is a very nice side dish. Ingredients:
2 cups chopped broccoli |
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
2 bananas, sliced add just before serving |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon milk |
1/8 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. You can chop your vegetables early (except the bananas). 2. Mix dressing and pour over the vegetables just before serving. |
