I got this brocolli salad recipe from my aunt.(not sure where she got it). I did not think it sounded all that good until i tasted it. OMG yummy!!!! Ingredients:
4 cups cut up fresh broccoli |
1/2 cup peanuts |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup red onion |
6 -8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. pour dressing over salad and mix very well put in fridge to chill. Serve cold. 2. Enjoy. |
