Broccoli salad with onion, Feta cheese & raisins. Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces |
1 cup red onion, diced |
1/2 cup feta cheese |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl. 2. Mix dressing in a separate bowl & add to the 1st bowl. 3. Voila summer refreshment. |
