Ingredients:
1 10.75oz can cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
2 10oz packages frozen chopped broccoli |
1 8oz package american cheese (velveeta), cubed |
2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted |
3 cup(s) cooked rice |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 small onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli according to package. Drain. 2. Saute onion in butter til tender. Add soup, milk, and cheese. Stir constantly til cheese melts. 3. Combine rice and broccoli and soup mixture and pour into greased 2 quart shallow casserole. Bake at 350 degrees til hot and bubbly. |
