An easy to prepare side dish. You can double the recipe for a larger crowd. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli |
1 cup cooked rice |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/3 cup milk |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a one quart baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 3. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese and continue baking for 10 minutes. |
