Broccoli Rabe With Golden Raisins |

From Rachael Ray's 2nd book Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/4 cup golden raisin |
1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli rabe, trimmed and coarsely chopped |
salt |
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Heat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add oil and onions and cook 3 minutes. Add raisins and broccoli and season with salt. 2. Add broth and bring to a bubble, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover the pan and cook 12 minutes or until broccoli is tender and no longer bitter. 3. Remove lid and allow liquid to reduce by half 2-3 minutes. Transher to serving dish. |
