weight watchers broccoli, cheese Ingredients:
6 oz chicken, cooked |
10 oz broccoli, chopped thawed and squeezed dry |
1 cup ricotta cheese, part skim |
6 egg whites |
6 tbsp plain yogurt |
1 tbsp margarine, melted |
1 tsp margarine, melted |
2 tbsp parmesan cheese |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Spray a 9 pie plate with cooking spray. 3. Put half of chicken and broccoli into the pie plate. Combine the rest of the ingredients and puree in a food processor. 4. Pour into the pie plate. 5. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until set. 6. 4 servings, 3 POINTS each |
