Think Thin Recipe Ingredients:
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli |
1 egg |
1 small onion |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 clove garlic |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 tsp ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes, drain. 2. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. 3. Saute the onion and garlic in water until translucent, on medium heat. 4. Add Broccoli and season with salt and pepper as desired. 5. Transfer to a pie plate. Add beaten egg and parmesan cheese, reserving a litte cheese to sprinkle on top. 6. Mix together and flatten out. 7. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top. 8. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes |
