YUM! Very simple and tasty! Ingredients:
1 large fresh head of broccoli (blanched and chopped) |
1 cup biscuit mix |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain the broccoli and set aside. Measure and combine the biscuit mix, eggs and milk. Beat until smooth, then add the cheese. Next fold in the broccoli and stir well. Pour into a well-buttered 2 quart soufflé dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Serves 6. |
