This recipe was in a holiday celebration coupon and recipe booklet from my local grocery store. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds really good! Ingredients:
6 cups frozen broccoli florets |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
1/4 cup raisins |
4 green onions, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered |
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup honey |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/2 cup grapes, quartered |
1/2 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli in water for 3 minutes, drain well. 2. Mix broccoli and next 5 ingredients. 3. Separately mix remaining ingredients to make the salad dressing. Feel free to add additional seasonings to the dressing. 4. Pour dressing over broccoli, mix well and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers. |
