Yummy pasta salad with a zip. Could be made with lower calories by using low fat mayo, and all fat free sour cream. Currents or cranberries could also be used in place of the raisins. Ingredients:
3 cups rotini |
1 1/2 cups broccoli |
1/3 cup almonds |
1/4 cup green onions |
1/2 cup mayo |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup fat free sour cream |
1/2 cup raisins |
7 strips bacon |
3 tbsp splenda |
2 tbsp cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Boil and cool pasta. 2. fry bacon until crisp. Crumble. 3. Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces. 4. Mix mayo, sour creams, splenda, and vinegar in a bowl until smooth. 5. Mix all ingredients until even. 6. Chill and serve. 7. Bon Appetite! {Smiles} |
