A nice not too fatty cheesy pasta dish Ingredients:
170 g dried macaroni |
300 g broccoli, in small florets |
25 g flour |
25 g margarine spread |
200 g skim milk |
50 g low-fat cheese |
300 g cottage cheese |
70 g freshly made breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Boil the broccoli and dried pasta in the same pan as per the pasta instructions. Use the sunflower spread flour and milk to make a white sauce and add 20g of the cheese and mix until melted and the cottage cheese and mix again. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli and the sauce to a oven proof dish and stir to cover all of it. Mix the remaining cheese and the bread crumbs and cover the top with them, grill for 5 mins until browned. |
