Steamed Broccoli Dish to be served with any protein accompaniment Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli |
1/4 tomato |
1/4 cup carrot |
1/2 oz shredded parmesan cheese |
1/4 tsp kosher salt |
1/8 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Julienne tomato and carrot. Steam carrots and broccoli together for approx 4min, or until broccoli is al dente. Add julienne tomato, and sprinkle with parmesan, salt, and pepper. 2. Drizzle with a vinaigrette or creamy blue cheese dressing for added flavor. |
