This is a quick and easy flavorful low fat low calorie salad lifted from Cooking Light 2005 recipes Ingredients:
dressing |
1/4c cider vinegar |
2t rice vinegar |
1t olive oil |
2t sugar |
1t honey |
1/4t salt |
1/8t black pepper, coarsely ground |
salad |
4c iceburg lettuce, thinley sliced |
3c small broccoli florets, steamed |
3c watercress, trimmed |
2c orange sections, about 4 oranges |
Directions:
1. To save time, steam the broccoli ahead; cover and chill. Section the orange ahead, too. 2. To prepare dressing, combine first 7 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously. 3.
