This recipe is like the cabbage and ramen noodle recipe that has been around awhile. I had no cabbage so I sub broccoli slaw mix for this. A new recipe was born. I think I prefer this to cabbage. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, oriental |
16 ounces broccoli coleslaw mix |
2 green onions, chopped |
6 tablespoons sunflower seeds, toasted |
6 tablespoons almonds, sliced and toasted |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 cup artificial artificial sweetener |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Crumble noodles and mix with remaining ingredients. 2. Mix dressing ingredients with 1/2 of the ramen seasoning package. 3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture - mix and chill. |
