This is a very easy kugel to make and it delicious to boot. Never have I enjoyed broccoli in my life, but I can't stop eating this kugel! My kids love it too! Ingredients:
800 g frozen broccoli |
6 tablespoons mayonnaise |
6 eggs |
2 tablespoons mushroom flavored soup mix |
2 tablespoons flour |
Directions:
1. Boil the broccoli in slightly salted water until soft - approximately 10 minutes. Drain the broccoli. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the broccoli, preferably adding the eggs last. Mix after you add each ingredient. 3. Pour into a 33x26cm pan. 4. Bake for 15-25 minutes, until golden brown at 180 C/375°F. |
