Broccoli Hash Brown Quiche

Ingredients:
3 cup(s) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
4 eggs
1 cup(s) (8 ounces) sour cream
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) (4 ounces) shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. • Press the hash browns onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in. pie plate, forming a shell. Sprinkle with broccoli.
2. • In a bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream and salt; stir in cheese. Pour over broccoli.
3. • Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
