                    If you love broccoli and you also love cornbread- this is a great combination that will be listed as a favorite for sure! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 stick melted margarine  |  
                                                1 box jiffy corn muffin mix(8 1/2 oz.)  |  
                                                1 large chopped onion  |  
                                                1 -6 oz. container low fat cottage cheese  |  
                                                4 eggs - well beaten  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt(optional)  |  
                                                1 box (10 oz.) chopped frozen broccoli  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray. 3. Mix all ingredients together, except corn muffin mix; add this last.
