A quick and easy cornbread. Ingredients:
2 (9 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
4 eggs, beaten |
1 (10 ounce) package broccoli, drained |
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 small onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Bake 325 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. |
