This is a simple twist on a traditional favorite. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) jiffy corn muffin mix |
16 ounces cottage cheese |
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained) |
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and add margarine. Add other ingredients. 2. Pour into greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
