Great holiday dish. Ingredients:
10 cups broccoli florets |
2 (14.5 ounce) cans cream-style corn |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
3/4 cup crushed buttery round crackers (such as ritzĀ®) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Mix broccoli, corn, egg, salt, and pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish. 3. Mix crushed crackers and butter together in a small bowl; sprinkle over the broccoli mixture. 4. Bake in preheated oven until the crackers are golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes. |
