Recipe I received from my husband's mother. Ingredients:
1 broccoli coleslaw mix |
1 bunch green onion |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (shelled) |
1/2 cup almonds (sliced) |
2 (1 ounce) packages oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles |
2 seasoning, packets from oriental ramen noodle mix |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Cut up green onions. 2. Crush ramen noodles. 3. Mix together in large bowl: broccoli coleslaw, onions, sunflower seeds, almonds, and noodles. 4. Mix together in separate container: vinegar, oil, sugar, and seasoning packets. 5. Shake well and pour over salad just prior to serving. 6. Toss salad in large bowl and serve. |
