This is a quick and easy recipe. Who doesn't love those! Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can broccoli cheese soup |
1 cup milk |
1 medium shallot, finely chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 red sweet bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips |
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon basil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Add all ingredients, except chicken, into mixing bowl. 3. Place chicken in baking dish and top with soup mixture. 4. Bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. 5. Serve with rice. |
