This is one of my family's favorite recipes. It is very very easy and quick. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
1/2 cup milk |
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breasts until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes. 2. Combine the milk and cream of broccoli soup; pour over the chicken. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in Cheddar cheese until well blended, and remove from heat. Serve immediately over rice or noodles. |
