This recipe came from my friend. We used to have sleep-overs and we would make this for breakfast Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
2 (300 g) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and all the moisture taken out |
2 green onions |
Directions:
1. Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. 3. Stir into egg mixture. 4. Fold in cheese, broccoli and onions. 5. Pour into well greased 9x13 pan. 6. Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes, until set and golden. |
