Ingredients:
2 package(s) 10 0z frozen chopped broccoli, thawed |
1/4 cup(s) butter |
4 cube(s) chicken boullion |
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion |
1/4 cup(s) flour |
2 cup(s) half and half |
3 cup(s) shredded cheddar |
3 cup(s) water |
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In a stock pot, cook onion in butter til tender; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add water then broccoli, bouillon and worcestershire. Cook and stir until thickened and broccoli is tender, 10 minutes. Add cheese and cream. Cook and stir until cheese melts. |
