From Don't Panic, Dinner's in the Freezer Ingredients:
1 cup carrot, chopped |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped |
1 3/4 cups chicken broth |
2 cups milk |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 ounces velveeta cheese |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Heat the first 6 ingredients until boiling, then simmer for 15 minutes. 2. Combine milk, flour, paprika and salt and add to broth. 3. Cook until thickens and then add cheese until melted. 4. This recipe is able to be frozen and reheated later. |
