Enjoy this delicious cheese muffin made using Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen broccoli cuts that’s ready in less than an hour. Ingredients:
cups original bisquick® mix |
cup whole milk |
tablespoons vegetable oil |
large egg |
cup green giant® valley fresh steamers® frozen broccoli cuts, steamed until crisp tender, drained and finely chopped |
cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz) |
teaspoon onion powder |
Directions:
1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. 2. 2 In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, milk, oil and egg. Stir in broccoli, cheese and onion powder just until combined. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups. 3. 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans. Serve warm. |
