BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Teak Estate in Montgomery, Texas in 1990. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix |
10 once package frozen chopped broccoli thawed and well drained |
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer until well blended. 2. Stir in broccoli and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese. 3. Spoon into pie plate then bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 4. Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer then serve with crackers. |
