Ingredients:
2x10 ounce(s) frozen chopped brocoli cooked, drained |
1 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1 cup(s) sharp shredded cheddar |
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup |
2 eggs lightly beaten |
2 cup(s) ritz crackers crushed |
2 tablespoon(s) butter melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 cooking pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, mayonaise, cheese, soup and eggs. Mix well with a metal spoon. Place mixture in to prepared baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 35 minutes or until set and browned. |
