Broccoli Cheese Casserole |

Courtesy of my sister, this is one of my favorite side dishes for a one of those big meals like Thanksgiving. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can creamy corn |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup velveeta cheese |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed |
2 tablespoons butter |
shredded cheddar cheese, as much a you desire |
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a 1 1/2 quart, ungreased, casserole dish. 2. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. |
