Broccoli Cheese Casserole |

Very easy to make and easy to double, if needed. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed |
16 ounces low fat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a square or oval casserole dish; set aside. 2. Place the thawed broccoli in a large bowl. 3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. 4. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes. |
