Broccoli Cauliflower Salad |

Ingredients:
1 head broccoli |
1 head cauliflower |
1 red onion |
1 lb bacon |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup miracle whip |
1 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Fry bacon until very cooked and drain from grease. 2. Crumble bacon. 3. Chop broccoli and cauliflower. 4. Dice onion. 5. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, and cheese together. 6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and sugar together. 7. Pour over salad and mix. 8. Refrigerate for one hour and stir again. |
