Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

So simple, and so good. Great for picnics! Makes quite a bit, but it'll go fast! Make a day ahead of time to let flavors meld. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, cut up
1 head cauliflower, cut up
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Blend together mayo, vinegar, and sugar and set aside.
2. Stir the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl.
3. Add the sauce you set aside and stir well.
4. Let set in fridge for a day or so to let flavors meld. Stir a couple times while it sits.
