Fresh broccoli and cauliflower salad with unique dressing. Flavors blend to make a wonderful tasting salad. My sister gave me the recipe. Ingredients:
1 cauliflower |
3 stalks broccoli |
2 lbs bacon |
16 ounces broken walnuts |
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
2/3 cup sugar |
salt |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. 2. Fry bacon until crisp and break into pieces. 3. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together. 4. Put all ingredients into a large bowl; mix well. 5. Salt to taste. 6. Serve fresh. |
