Broccoli Cauliflower Kugel

This is a beautiful and delicious dish that will enhance any Shabbat or Holiday table
Ingredients:
20 ounces chopped broccoli
20 ounces chopped cauliflower
4 tablespoons margarine, divided
4 tablespoons flour, divided
2/3 cup mayonnaise, divided
1/4 cup onion soup mix, divided
4 eggs
2 cups corn flake crumbs, approximately
Directions:
1. Prepare vegetables as per directions on the box.
2. For each vegetable:.
3. Melt two tbsp margarine.
4. Add two tbsp flour.
5. Add vegetable.
6. Add half of the mayo, onion soup mix, and two eggs.
7. Pour cornflake crumbs to cover the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
8. Pour broccoli mixture over crumbs.
9. Cover broccoli with more crumbs.
10. Pour Cauliflower over crumbs.
11. Cover with more crumbs.
12. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
